Our goal is to ensure efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement in all IT infrastructure services. /p h3Role Description /h3 pThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Service Desk for Data Centers. Based in Rijswijk, the primary responsibilities include addressing technical issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and network problems, and providing effective support to ensure data center operations run smoothly. The role also involves coordinating with customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and requests while maintaining high‑quality service. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve operational issues efficiently. /li liProven Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical challenges systematically. /li liExcellent Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure positive interactions and satisfaction with all stakeholders. /li liAbility to work on‑site in Rijswijk and collaborate with team members effectively. /li liFamiliarity with data center infrastructure and hardware is a plus. /li liCertification in IT infrastructure, networking, or related fields is advantageous. /li liFluent communication skills in Dutch and English are strongly preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
