You act as the first point of contact for issues on the floor and translate these into structural improvements. /pulliActing as first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse; /liliInvestigating order, stock or process deviations and implementing sustainable solutions; /liliAnalyzing data (inventory, performance, flows) using Excel and WMS/ERP systems; /liliPreparing reports and sharing insights with Operations, Quality and other stakeholders; /liliProactively identifying improvements to prevent recurring issues. /li /ulpYou are part of the Warehouse Support team and work closely with Supervisors, Quality and Customer Support.
