Our Talent Programs are designed to accelerate your career from entry level to medior+ level within 24 months. By means of certified training courses, coaching and intervision sessions our employees follow an above-average steep career curve. Successful graduation in our Talent Programs usually results in a permanent medior+ or senior position at one of our clients where it becomes your responsibility to keep the team successful. /ppstrongYour activities as a Data Manager /strong /ppYou will be responsible for organising, storing and analysing data as efficiently as possible, while upholding security and quality standards. Understanding the data needs of your stakeholders and informing them regularly is at the core of this position. This includes organising stakeholder meetings to discuss and present project results and follow-up actions, as well as preparing management reports and presentations to senior management regarding progress and data quality issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: /pulliImplementation of data quality checks, development of data quality dashboards, and monitoring of data quality KPIs. You do this in Excel, Power BI or more advanced software if desired; /liliInvestigating and documenting dataflows and data lineage; /liliAnalysing data sets and systems to understand the root cause of data issues; /liliPerforming trend analyses to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of the data; /liliVisualizing data through the development of interactive dashboards. /li /ulpOn average you work 36 hours a week on a client project and you spend 4 hours a week on your own personal, professional and technical development in one of our Talent Programs. /ppstrongWhat do we offer? /strong /ppWe offer the opportunity to become an expert in data management in an environment where we train you to excel as a high-end professional.
