As part of a global team of over 135 employment lawyers, you will work closely with partners, senior and junior team members across the globe to provide expert legal advice in employment matters, both litigious and transactional, and advise our clients to manage employment risks. /p h3Role /h3 ul liAdvise on restructuring and the employment aspects of corporate transactions /li liManage disputes and litigation /li liAdvise on international compensation and incentive plans /li liAdvise on employee participation, equality law and global mobility matters /li liAssist our international clients on the day‑to‑day remote management of their Dutch workforce /li liSupervise and mentor junior members of the team /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou will need to be a Netherlands‑qualified lawyer, with 7 to 10 years’ experience of which at least 5 years gained in private practice, and the following skills and attributes: /p ul liDemonstrated experience in employment law and ability to deliver technically strong strategic advice and practical solutions to clients /li liStrong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences; outstanding proficiency in Dutch and English /li liCollegiate and collaborative, with the ability to lead, mentor and support other team members /li liEnjoy working in a fast‑paced high‑performing team /li liBrings energy and passion to the role! /li /ul h3About Pinsent Masons /h3 pPinsent Masons is one of the world’s leading law firms.
