We are looking for a commercially minded, internationally experienced Senior Finance Manager to partner with our Further Processing leadership team and help drive performance across a highly complex and fast-evolving business. In this role you will lead a team of experienced finance professionals, located in several countries. Based in Boxmeer, this role sits at the heart of our Further Processing organization and plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, guiding financial performance, and helping shape the integration journey of JBT Marel. /p pThe successful candidate will act as the key finance business partner to the Further Processing leadership team, leading financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic initiatives across multiple countries and sites. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, international operations, and transformation activities. /p pThis position is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building and improving processes, and sees complexity as an opportunity rather than a challenge. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Strategic Business Partnering /h3 ul liAct as the primary finance partner to the Further Processing leadership team. /li liSupport and challenge business decisions through financial insights and data-driven recommendations. /li liDrive financial performance, profitability improvement initiatives, and operational excellence. /li liPartner with leadership to identify business risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives. /li liSupport strategic planning activities and long-term business development initiatives. /li /ul h3Financial Planning Analysis /h3 ul liLead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating planning processes. /li liDeliver timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and business performance reviews. /li liProvide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. /li liDrive forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of planning processes. /li liSupport decision-making through scenario modelling and financial analysis. /li /ul h3Operational Finance Leadership /h3 ul liLead financial performance management across multiple international locations. /li liDrive alignment of financial processes, reporting standards, and key performance indicators. /li liPartner with operational teams to improve profitability, productivity, and project performance. /li liMonitor key business drivers and ensure visibility of financial risks and opportunities. /li /ul h3Team Leadership /h3 ul liLead and develop a small international team of 3 finance professionals. /li liCoach and mentor direct reports to support growth and performance. /li liFoster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the finance organization. /li liBuild strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions. /li /ul h3Business Transformation /h3 ul liPlay a key role in the ongoing integration of JBT and Marel. /li liDrive process improvements and support the creation of a future-ready finance organization. /li liIdentify opportunities for automation, simplification, and enhanced business insights. /li liHelp shape new ways of working within a complex matrix organization. /li /ul h3EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liExperience in a similar complex, international environment, including proven leadership of teams across multiple countries and demonstrated managerial responsibility within a matrix organization. /li liProven experience in an international manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment, industrial, or project-based environment. /li liStrong business partnering experience with senior management teams. /li liExperience leading forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes. /li liExperience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders. /li liDemonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive business results. /li liExposure to US GAAP is advantageous but not essential. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. /li liProfessional finance qualifications are considered an advantage. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 h3Key Success Factors /h3 ul liStrong business acumen and commercial awareness. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. /li liHighly structured and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills. /li liComfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment. /li liResilient, adaptable, and open-minded. /li liStrong leadership presence and ability to build trust across all levels. /li liContinuous improvement mindset with a passion for creating value. /li /ul h3WHY JOIN JBT MAREL? /h3 pThis is more than Senior Finance Manager position. /p pYou will join a business undergoing transformation and integration, where you will have the opportunity to shape processes, influence strategy, and make a visible impact on business performance.
