Partnering with Financial Controllers and regional finance directors across 16 countries, you'll ensure accuracy and completeness of our global tax figures. /p pOperating within a sophisticated corporate ecosystem leveraging Workday and OneStream, you'll shape our tax reporting process under IFRS, acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders across our international operations. /p br/ pbLocation: /b Hybrid - Amsterdam office bReporting to: /b Senior Finance Leadership /p pbHours: /bThe role is open to part time (32/40 hours per week) /p pbThese are some of the key components to the position: /b /p ul liTake full ownership of preparing, reviewing, and consolidating current and deferred tax positions in accordance with IFRS (IAS 12) for quarterly and annual corporate reporting /li liDeliver precise tax disclosures that meet the highest statutory standards and partner with Financial Controllers to align local tax figures with group-level reporting /li liAnalyze and implement the impact of national and international tax reforms (such as OECD Pillar 2 guidelines) on our IFRS financial statements and IAS 12 disclosures /li liAct as the primary point of contact for external auditors during the review of tax positions, ensuring a seamless year-end process /li liMaintain and strengthen our Tax Control Framework (TCF) in relation to tax accounting with quality and accountability /li liContinuously improve and automate our tax reporting workflows, maximizing the capabilities of OneStream and modern Tax Technology /li liUtilize data and tech to digitalize finance operations, aiming high to stay ahead of the competition /li liExperience with providing support on broader IFRS and group reporting matters, such as technical accounting papers, financial statement reviews, and external reporting deliverables is a plus /li /ul br/ pbWhat will you bring to the team? /b /p ul liProven track record in handling IFRS tax reporting for multinational organisations, preferably gained a complex, international corporate environment /li liDeep and demonstrable knowledge of IFRS (IAS 12) and strong understanding of OECD Pillar 2 and international tax developments /li liHands-on experience or solid familiarity with Workday (ERP) and OneStream (consolidation) is a major advantage /li liFluent in English with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to non-tax stakeholders; Dutch is a plus /li liCollaborative mindset with strong commitment to achieving goals while acting responsibly, and a proactive problem-solver who spots opportunities and owns results /li liPassion for process excellence and a clear drive for leveraging technology to drive finance operations forward /li liProfessional qualification such as RA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus /li /ul br/ h3At JET, this is how we play /h3 br/ pOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment. /p br/ pBeing the best at what we do isn’t just about delivering on our strategy.
