They originated in Austria and have continued to grow globally having paternships with companies in the Benelux region, Italy, France, UK, America Australia to name a few! /pbr /ulli3 shift pattern (2, 2, 2, 4 schedule) /lili2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights, 4 off /liliThis role will be working in a state of the art, automated distribution centre maintaining automated machinery both mechanically and electrically, completing preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns in a timely manner. /liliCompletion of allocated planned maintenance across site, both electrical and mechanical. /liliRespond to and analyse unscheduled downtime, with the ability to correct faults within a timely manner. /liliWorking both mechanically and electrically on autonomous conveyor systems, storage retrieval systems, sortation equipment with associated electrical controls and any hydraulic/pneumatic systems. /liliElectrically you will have responsibility for fault finding on PLC systems, including working on sensors, drives, inverters, motors, control panels and associated control systems along with blueprint/schematic reading. /liliMechanically, you will have responsibility for reading and interpreting assembly drawings, hydraulic pneumatic work, working across belts, gearboxes, and chains. /liliInvolvement in the ongoing care of machinery including strip, overhaul and rebuild of the machinery to optimise performance. /li /ul br /ulliEQF Level 4 in mechanical/electrical/automation engineering as a minimum. /liliWorked on PLC systems, sensors, motors, inverters, control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes previously. /liliElectrical bias. /liliPreviously worked with electrical currents, AC/DC drives, and up to 120v. /liliWorked within a fast paced, high-volume environment previously – FMCG, automated warehousing, food production, packaging or pharmaceuticals would be an advantageous transfer. /liliAt least 1 years' experience in a Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Engineer/Electrician role within an automated environment. /li /ul br /ulli25 days' vacation /liliShift allowance (32%) /liliTravel allowance (24c per km from 10km up to 40km) /liliProfit sharing scheme /liliRotating shift pattern /liliPaid overtime (50% on top of normal rate) /li /ul pSalary: 55440 – 67056 EUR / YEAR /pbr /
