Wat ga je doen?
In deze rol ondersteun je niet alleen je collega’s in de werkplaats, maar krijg je ook te maken met klanten welke onderdelen bestellen in ons magazijn. Hoe? Jouw collega-monteurs komen aan de balie voor de onderdelen die ze nodig hebben voor de reparatie van de voertuigen van klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat je tijdig de juiste onderdelen besteld zodat de monteur niet onnodig wacht op onderdelen en de klanten weer snel de weg op kunnen. Je verwerkt dit administratief, zodat de voorraad altijd up-to-date is. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:
Het leveren van onderdelen of gereedschap aan de monteurs in de werkplaats.
Het leveren van onderdelen aan onze eigen schadebedrijven en bedrijven in onze regio.
Het pre-picken van onderdelen voor de volgende dag.
Het bestellen en inboeken van onderdelen.
Balieverkoop van onderdelen aan klanten.
Het monitoren van de voorraad en tijdig terugsturen van de garantie onderdelen en de retouronderdelen.

Wie ben jij?
Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een plus, maar geen vereiste. Ons team van ervaren collega's leert je graag de fijne kneepjes van het vak. Het is wel handig als je enige kennis van autotechniek hebt, bijvoorbeeld door een opleiding, werkervaring, of doordat je veel affiniteit hebt met auto’s. Deze veelzijdige baan is perfect voor jou als je graag actief bent en niet de hele dag stil wilt zitten. Verder herken jij jezelf in het volgende:
Nauwkeurig, gemotiveerd en gedreven.
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
Fulltime beschikbaar.
Je werkt nauwkeurig & gestructureerd
Je bent in staat het overzicht te bewaren op drukkere momenten
