ph3Position Overview /h3 pAs a Design Engineer Systems Maintenance, you are responsible for developing aircraft modifications that meet both customer requirements and airworthiness regulations. You play a vital role throughout the engineering lifecycle, from initial design and certification activities to production support and aircraft testing. /p pWorking within our Systems Engineering team, you will contribute to a wide variety of projects involving commercial, VIP, special mission and defense aircraft. Your expertise ensures that modifications are safe, compliant and maintainable throughout the aircraft lifecycle. /p pYou will become part of our Systems Engineering team, consisting of approximately 17 engineers with diverse technical backgrounds and expertise. The team is based across our locations in Woensdrecht and Hoofddorp and works closely together on a broad range of aircraft modification and certification projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop aircraft modifications in accordance with customer requirements and EASA/FAA regulations. /li liCreate engineering specifications, certification documentation and compliance reports. /li liSupport production teams during aircraft modification and installation activities. /li liParticipate in system and aircraft testing, including both ground and flight tests. /li liDevelop and maintain Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA). /li liApply MSG-3 maintenance principles to ensure maintainability of aircraft systems. /li liCollaborate with certification engineers, design engineers and production teams to deliver successful projects. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft modification design. /li liKnowledge of EASA/FAA regulations and applicable aerospace standards. /li liExperience with Autodesk AutoCAD and CATIA. /li liExperience with MSG-3 methodology and ICA development. /li liStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of the Dutch language. /li liExperience within a Part 21 Design Organization. /li liFamiliarity with aircraft certification processes. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA competitive salary commensurate with your knowledge and experience. /li li27-29 holiday days and 13 ADV leave days per year (when working full-time, 40 hours). /li liA challenging international working environment. /li liProfessional and personal growth opportunities and a lot of autonomy. /li liCompany laptop and phone. /li liAn insider's look into the innovative world of aviation. /li liA lot of room for professional and personal growth. /li liFun colleagues (trust us, we’re not biased). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
