This role will shape how teams understand transformation priorities, adopt new tools and ways of working, engage with AI-enabled and technology-driven change, and build the capabilities needed in a more digital, data-driven, and agile procurement environment. /ppThe successful candidate will work closely with procurement leaders, subject matter experts, digital teams, global LD, technology partners, and external providers to lead clear communication, practical change adoption, targeted learning enablement, and compelling transformation storytelling. The role will bring structure, pace, and ownership to change activities, connect the right experts, align priorities, create reusable communication and enablement assets, and ensure Global Procurement Transformation changes are understood, supported, branded consistently, and embedded over time. /ph3Location /h3pCroatia, Spain or the Netherlands /ph3How You’ll Spend Your Day /h3h31. Own communication and stakeholder engagement for Global Procurement Transformation /h3ulliDevelop clear, audience-relevant communication plans for Global Procurement Transformation priorities, initiatives, and activities. /liliTranslate complex business, process, and technology topics into simple messages that explain what is changing, why it matters, what support is available, and what actions are expected. /liliEquip leaders and managers with messaging, materials, engagement moments, and communication assets that build understanding, confidence, and alignment. /liliDevelop communication assets, internal branding materials, launch narratives, leadership messages, FAQs, toolkits, and adoption content that create a consistent identity for procurement transformation and make change easier to understand and engage with. /li /ulh32. Drive change management and adoption of new ways of working /h3ulliLead change readiness, stakeholder impact assessment, adoption planning, and reinforcement for procurement tools, processes, digital solutions, and AI-enabled use cases where relevant. /liliSupport deployment of new procurement technologies and tools by shaping launch plans, adoption campaigns, readiness materials, and reinforcement activities that help users move from awareness to confident usage. /liliBring AI transformation into the change agenda by helping teams understand AI-enabled use cases, responsible adoption expectations, capability needs, and practical examples of how AI can improve procurement work. /liliProactively identify adoption barriers, resistance, confusion, or capability gaps, and drive practical actions to address them. /liliPartner with transformation, digital, process, and procurement teams to embed new ways of working into day-to-day routines and sustain momentum. /liliDrive reinforcement activities that encourage sustained usage, behavior change, and measurable adoption over time. /li /ulh33. Support procurement capability building and learning enablement /h3ulliBuild and maintain a practical procurement capability roadmap aligned with Global Procurement Transformation priorities, business needs, and future skills requirements. /liliHelp identify priority capability gaps across technical, digital, data, communication, change, and soft skills. /liliPartner with procurement subject matter experts and global LD to translate specialist knowledge into practical learning, playbooks, communication assets, and adoption materials. /liliCreate practical enablement assets such as playbooks, one-pagers, launch packs, quick reference guides, demo scripts, user communications, and adoption toolkits for new tools, AI-enabled solutions, and transformation initiatives. /liliCoordinate learning and enablement activities that build confidence, strengthen adoption, and improve team effectiveness. /li /ulh34. Track progress and drive continuous improvement /h3ulliTrack simple, meaningful indicators for learning participation, adoption, capability uplift, and business impact where measurable. /liliUse feedback, usage data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve learning content, adoption support, and the overall user experience. /liliPartner with global LD operations to manage learning logistics, platform activities, and reporting with clear ownership and follow-through. /li /ulh3Your Skills and Experience /h3ulliMaster’s degree preferred; relevant certification in change management, learning and development, project/program management, or procurement is an advantage. /lili7+ years of relevant experience in Procurement in a global corporate environment; experience with AI Transformations, supporting program communications, change management, procurement transformation, learning enablement, or functional capability programs is highly preferred /liliAbility to create clear communication plans and support change readiness, impact assessment, adoption planning, reinforcement, and measurement for new ways of working. /liliStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-relevant messages. /liliComfort working with digital tools, AI-enabled technologies, data, Microsoft Office applications, collaboration platforms, learning technologies, and communication asset creation tools. /li /ulh3Also Good to Have /h3ulliExperience in program communications, change management, stakeholder engagement, capability building, or learning enablement within a global corporate or functional environment. /liliPractical understanding of communication and change management activities, including readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, reinforcement, and measurement. /liliStrong communication, storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messages for different audiences. /liliA practical, delivery-oriented mindset, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage change activities, and turn plans into clear actions. /liliComfort working with digital tools, AI-enabled solutions, data-driven ways of working, and technology-enabled business transformation, including the ability to translate technology change into practical user adoption support. /liliAbility to create engaging transformation assets and internal branding materials that make complex programs feel coherent, accessible, and easy to adopt across a global audience. /liliProcurement, learning academy, digital adoption, change network, or learning platform experience would be an advantage. /li /ulh3How We’ll Take Care of You /h3pAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
