Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants.Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients. /pWhat You'll DoulliBeing able to spot client challenges together with the team member and knowing how to stimulate the team member to work towards a solution; /liliLean into automation and use of data within campaigns, including utilizing AI to improve performance; /liliMonitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement; /liliStay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly /liliDrive innovation within the Paid Search team by championing new approaches, frameworks, and performance methodologies. /liliDeliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly during sales meetings and client workshops. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals; /liliDirect point of contact with the client and being the POC for any SEA related matter; /liliGrowing the client by upselling. /li /ulWhat You BringulliExtensive (at least 5 years) experience in creating, managing and optimizing paid search shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment; /liliHave a self-confident, competent and empathetic appearance with which you manage to convince colleagues as well as clients of your ideas; /liliStrong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads; /liliProven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives; /liliExcellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization; /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders; /liliAre analytical, flexible and can work independently; /liliCan present complex results in clear and understandable language; /liliNice to have: Experience in mentoring/guiding co-worker(s) or a team of digital specialists; /liliDirectly available to start working from either our Amsterdam or Rotterdam office; /liliFull working proficiency in English; /li /ulWE OFFERulliA flexible, hybrid working policy (2-3 days from the office, depending on location) and the opportunity to work from abroad for 13 weeks a year. /lili24 vacation days per year and the possibility to buy an unlimited number of extra vacation days. /liliDEPT®/YOU Learning Menu and DEPT®/YOU Special Programs.
