In addition, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all processes in alignment with the standards set by the Technical, Customer, and Operations leadership. /pbrKey Responsibilitiesbrullibr/liliWork with business and operational teams to understand their requirements to implement and deliver any appropriate IT solutions for Warehouse Management Systems, as part of a wider landscape including WCS, TMS, LMS, YMSbr/liliSupport full implementations from Design, Solution Development and configuration, testing to go-livebr/liliLead small to medium technical implementations and effectively coordinate with infrastructure teamsbr/liliExecute and coordinate with other TCO specialists, Global teams and extended Maersk resources to deliver any development or customization if necessarybr/liliProduce functional requirements, project plans, system configuration and test plans when leading a projectbr/liliConduct training for super-users and project team members when necessaryHandle any change requirementsbr/liliAssist in reviewing existing implementation and find any improvement opportunities with senior TCO membersbr/liliResolve issues escalated to TCObr/liliWhere necessary, act as an SME during major incidentsbr/liliSupport any disaster recovery and system testing if neededbr/liliSupport any system migration and upgradebr/li /ulbrRequired Experience Skillsbrullibr/liliExperience of implementing and supporting warehouse management systems, and daily work using Bl analysis toolsbr/liliExperience in MS SQL, or any SQL language will be an added advantagebr/liliPossess good business knowledge of supply chain execution in the following verticals:brullibr/liliDistribution centre services in warehouse operations and contract logistics (must have)br/liliTransport managementbr/li /ulbr/liliExperience in delivering major IT projects such as system updates, migrations, upgrades, integration.br/liliBasic knowledge in Project Managementbr/liliWarehouse automation exposure is a bonusbr/li /ulbrpMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
