Selling to businesses with between 200 and 2500 employees, with a sales cycle of around 3–12 months, this role covers all aspects of the sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries to customer negotiation and deal closing. /pResponsibilities Include:ulliOutbound prospection and transforming leads into productive business outcomes; manage and close existing deals while cultivating, qualifying and developing new opportunities. /liliCommunicate UKG value proposition via phone, web interaction selling, e-mail communication and face-to-face meetings. /liliIdentify critical business issues and align UKG values accordingly. /liliEffectively manage relevant stakeholders throughout all stages of the sales cycle. /liliArticulate the value of UKG solutions in relation to business challenges. /liliManage multiple concurrent sales cycles within customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus. /liliThis role would include occasional travel to customers and other company offices. /li /ulAbout You / Requirementsulli3+ years’ experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within software sales /liliProven SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sales experience /liliPossess excellent telephone presence and good communication skills, together with a friendly and flexible approach /liliConfidence in cold and prospecting activities and warm calling /liliAbility to demonstrate strong business and financial acumen and be able to lead on a strategic vision /liliRelationship management skills /liliSelf-motivated and determined mindset /liliAble to fit into a working atmosphere that is very much geared towards teamwork /liliNew business/hunter mentality /liliFluent English Dutch language skills required /li /ulCompany Overview:pUKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
