The position offers long‑term career opportunities within a growing international organization. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAs a bManufacturing Team Lead /b, you will be responsible for: /p ul liLeading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 15 Biotech Associates working in cell therapy manufacturing /li liProviding day‑to‑day operational leadership while maintaining a visible presence on the manufacturing floor /li liWorking closely with fellow Production Team Leads to ensure continuous 24/7 manufacturing operations /li liDriving the timely completion of manufacturing documentation, investigations, deviations, and batch closure activities /li liEnsuring the highest standards of GMP compliance, product quality, and operational safety /li liSupporting your team with technical and operational challenges during manufacturing activities /li liCollaborating with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Manufacturing Compliance to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements /li liCreating a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development /li liWorking in a 6‑shift rotation, including evenings, nights, and weekends /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline /li liAt least 2 years of leadership experience within cell therapy, ATMP, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or another GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment /li liProven hands‑on experience in GMP manufacturing, preferably within cell therapy or advanced therapies /li liStrong understanding of aseptic manufacturing processes, GMP regulations, and quality systems /li liExperience managing investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and manufacturing documentation /li liConfident leader with excellent coaching, communication, and decision‑making skills /li liAble to balance operational priorities while developing and motivating a high‑performing team /li liExcellent command of the English language /li liWillingness to work in a 5‑shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends /li /ul h3Employment Conditions /h3 ul liSalary: €60,000 - €80,000 gross per year, depending on experience, plus 27% shift allowance /li liContract: Initial 12‑month contract with the intention of permanent employment /li liExtensive onboarding and leadership development opportunities /li liInternational working environment with excellent career growth prospects /li liRegion: Maastricht /li liVacancy number: 27378 /li /ul h3Important Notice /h3 pPlease note that only candidates who already hold a valid EU work permit or have the unrestricted right to work within the European Union will be considered for this position.br/Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support work permit applications.
