As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on Succession and Development.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end implementations and enhancements.
- Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve production issues.
- Provide functional guidance, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure solution quality by following SAP best practices and project standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6+ of overall experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development.
- Experience working with SAP C/4HANA Service Cloud is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
You should possess the ability to:
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely project delivery.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
