(Senior) Managing Consultant Energy Transition

As a (Senior) Managing Consultant Energy Transition, you will work on various energy transition-related topics and projects. Focusing on the challenges faced by companies in the energy sector in both The Netherlands and across Europe. You will support clients in achieving their sustainability goals leveraging new technologies and digitalisation opportunities. And focussing on the realisation of business transformations in an integrated way: from strategy to implementation in organisation, processes, and technology.

You will coach and manage other consultants, help them navigate through complex situations. In addition, you work on knowledge creation, elaborate new insights, market and present these towards customers or at e.g. conferences. You know how to build a network and can identify new opportunities which you develop further together with your colleagues.

Who we are looking for

• University Master's degree in a technical, science, business, or international relations direction with excellent grades
• 5-8 years of working experience in consulting and/or knowledge of electricity and gas markets
• Sharp analytical skills, which include forward and creative thinking
• Excellent communication skills, able to listen to and mobilise people
• International experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong organisational capabilities
• Professional fluency in English (minimum C1), and preferably fluent in one other European language.
• Clear link with the Netherlands: you live or studied here or are otherwise connected
• Most importantly: a keen interest in the energy transition and a clear desire to contribute to robust and sustainable energy systems in The Netherlands and Europe!
