Technology & Business Solutions Intern - September 2026

Based in the Netherlands, you will work alongside an international team of technology specialists who support hotels and corporate teams across Europe.

As a Technology & Business Solutions Intern, you will support the Project Management team with a wide range of project coordination, financial administration, reporting, and operational activities.

This internship starts in September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team with the delivery of technology and business-focused projects

• Independently coordinate smaller projects and provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and dependencies

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of technology projects across multiple hotel properties

• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

• Maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and governance records

• Support project budget tracking, forecasting activities, and vendor scheduling

• Assist with the creation and processing of purchase orders and expenditure approvals

• Prepare presentations and progress updates for management, senior leadership, and stakeholders

• Maintain vendor documentation, support agreements, and service records

• Assist with departmental administration, contract management, and process documentation

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a MBO Level 4 (BOL) or HBO programme in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Hotel Management, or a related field

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills

• Experience working with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to administration and project support

Preferred Requirements

• Previous internship or administrative experience

• Experience within the hospitality sector

• Interest in Project Management, Technology, or Business Operations

• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and processes

The internship allowance for this position is €750 gross per month, in accordance with the BOL Internship Scale.
