You work across various technologies - not on isolated products, but on the full integrated solution running operations on customer sites. /p pYou will: /p ul liHave a “helicopter” overview /li liOversee major incident, problem, and change management. /li liCoordinate with internal teams and customers to align technical delivery with business expectations. /li liTranslate customer needs into technical improvements and operational advice. /li liDrive system optimizations and improvements. /li liTake ownership of testing and documentation to ensure high quality delivery. /li /ul h3What makes you a great fit? /h3 pYou are architectural and technically skilled, customer-oriented and solution-focused professional who thrives on complexity. /p h3We are looking for someone with: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in IT roles with customer interaction (e.g. system integration, testing, infrastructure, or software delivery in business-critical environments. /li liA bachelor’s degree in a technical field like IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related/similar technical field. /li liFluent in English (Dutch is a plus). /li liAbility to perform well under pressure (e.g. during escalations or major incidents), set priorities, and manage time effectively. /li liA sharp, analytical mindset, you mainly work on the big picture, while getting detail-oriented when needed. /li liA working knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks. ITIL4 certification is a plus. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liOverall knowledge regarding: (not all needs to be known from the start, topics can still be trained): /li liOT: e.g. PLC, barcode scanners, SCADA /li liIT Infrastructure: e.g. servervirtualization, networking (VLAN, firewall, etc.), database, cyber security awareness /li liIT Software: e.g. system messagingcommunication, WCS/WMS knowledge, Identity Access Management, logging analysis, data analysis tools /li liRelease management, ability to determine which releases to bring to a customer /li liRisk management /li liWillingness to travel (:10-20%, both domestic and international). /li /ul h3What you can look forward to? /h3 pIn this dynamic and responsible role, you will join an international team that values growth, ownership, and impact. The department consists of IT service consultancy, IT architecture, IT project management and IT service management.
