Assist in the implementation of the Safety Policies established by the QHSE Manager under the Safety Supervisor direction. /pbrDuties and responsibilities:brullibr/liliCarry out routine inspections and report on all safety-related equipment.br/liliMaintain constant safety of client in the event of emergency.br/liliProvide first response care and treatment as required in a medical emergency, until the arrival of emergency medical services.br/liliMaintain appropriate activity reports.br/liliResponsible for the availability and safekeeping of emergency equipment (first aid kit restocking supplies).br/liliInspect facilities for cleanliness and anything that could potentially be a hazard to health or safety.br/liliMonitor weather and environmental conditions and be aware of structures and equipment that may be vulnerable.br/liliRespond to alarms and emergency callouts.br/liliSupport the Safety Supervisor in coordinating the required remedial action, which may include firefighting, administering first aid or organising evacuation of personnel.br/li /ulbrQualifications and experience:brullibr/liliMust have full and clean international drivers licensebr/liliCertification in security/close protectionbr/liliFirst Aid certificationbr/liliMinimum 3 years experience in relevant fieldbr/liliExperience in administrative office work. xgiwjmb br/liliMS Office (including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Excel) proficiencybr/liliPrevious experience in LD or staff welfare/support positions preferredbr/liliDemonstrated knowledge of security proceduresbr/liliA flexible approach towards working hours is required.br/liliMust have fluent English communication skills and have numerical literacybr/liliVery sociable yet professionalbr/liliAbility to maintain a very positive and friendly attitudebr/liliVery high attention to detail at all timebr/liliAbility to develop rapport within a short time framebr/liliNeat personal presentationbr/liliPerforming all duties with the sense of priority and dedication, serving in a calm, discrete and courteous manner whilst respecting timing standardsbr/liliAbility to work unsupervised, in a large team and take directionbr/liliAbsolute honesty, integrity, and reliabilitybr/li /ulbr
