Our services provide the necessary information for owner/operators to optimize the performance, efficiency, and integrity of their most critical assets through technology enabled solutions. /ppbPartner with the best /b /ppAs Mechanical Drafter-Designer, you perform complex computer aided designs with emphasis on functionality, manufacturing, and maintainability. What you design will be tested by yourself at our workshop. /ppbAs Mechanical Drafter-Designer you will: /b /pulliBe working under general supervision on the development of original designs or adaptations. /liliOriginate designs having distinctive design features. /liliPerform non-routine and complex items with distinctive design features that can differ significantly from established practices. /liliWith assistance, utilize current manufacturing/business systems for basic cost, inventory, and purchasing information. /liliAssist supervisor with technical training and professional development of others within the group. /liliBe capable of “hands on” work in a test lab facility. /li /ulpbFuel your passion /b /ppTo be successful in this role you will: /pulliHave experience and knowledge on standards including codes and regulations affecting design assignments. /liliKnowledge of 3D drafting techniques and CAD, preferably Inventor. /liliPossess professional communication skills necessary for interaction with internal and external customers at a professional level, fluent in Dutch and proficient in English. /liliHave an Associated Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics (MBO/HNC) or work experience demonstrating drafting and designing skills. /li /ulpbWorking with us /b /ppOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
