Trainee Housekeeping Supervisor!

Can you take responsibility and can you lead a team? And does it make you feel happy when you and your team are able to deliver perfectly cleaned rooms on a daily base for the guests of Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol? Then you might be our new Trainee Housekeeping Supervisor. All you need to do is apply! 

What are you going to learn? We will explain it shortly, but we will tell you more about it in a conversation.

During this internship, you will learn all about providing excellent service, creating unique experiences for our guests and developing your leadership skills.

Together with your team, you are responsible for cleaning the hotel rooms. Through our extended Hilton CleanStay procedures, you take care of perfectly cleaned and disinfected rooms and you have an eye for detail. As a supervisor, you are responsible for checking the cleaned rooms and you dare to provide the Room Attendants with feedback in order to stimulate their development.

• Good motivation and eager to learn
• You are currently studying at a relevant school/education
• Communicative skills in English
• Flexible to work, also in evenings and weekends
• Affinity with and/or work experience in Housekeeping would be beneficial
