Job Overview

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle for Tribe CRM in the Dutch market, from qualification through to signature. You'll work warm leads handed over by the SDR team, run your own demos, and close deals with small and mid-sized organisations.

You'll join the acquisition sales team (SDR & ISR) in Utrecht. You won't be starting from a cold list: the SDRs open the conversations and hand the warm lead over, and you take it from discovery through to close. Your perimeter is organisations of up to 15 users, so you always know which deals are yours.

What you'll be doing

• Take over the SDR team's warm leads and own everything from there: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close

• Run discovery calls that map how the prospect's business actually works (you ask the questions others skip)

• Deliver tailored Tribe CRM demos, built on what you learned in discovery

• Handle objections and negotiate your way to a signed deal

• Keep your pipeline and CRM records clean and up to date

• Apply our sales playbooks and workflows, and share what works with the team

Who you are

• Experience : B2B sales, ideally software, with deals you closed yourself

• New business : hunting and closing, not account management, and a quota doesn't scare you

• Business understanding : you dig into how a prospect's business works before showing a product

• Skills : at home in a CRM and sales tooling, product knowledge we teach you

• Ambition : you want to grow into larger deals

• Collaboration : you ask the colleague next to you rather than book a meeting

• Native level of Dutch

• Full professional fluency in English

• Hybrid policy : office with your team Monday to Thursday, Friday remote day
