As a Front Office Intern, you will contribute to a positive team atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed with a warm and friendly approach.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Front Office Intern , you are one of the key representatives of the hotel and play an important role in creating a memorable guest experience. After a structured training period, you will independently handle check-ins and check-outs, while managing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth Front Office operations.

You will maintain close contact with guests, answer their questions, and provide helpful recommendations to enhance their stay. In addition, you will develop valuable skills in areas such as upselling and handling guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
