Drawing on your senior-level experience, you will bring the expertise and leadership needed to create lasting value across our European operations. /p pThe primary objective for you is to Lead the development and governance of Refresco Europe's maintenance and asset management strategy, ensuring a consistent framework, standards and performance expectations across all European manufacturing sites. /p pThrough maturity scans, process harmonisation and the rollout of SAP Maintenance, you will strengthen maintenance excellence across the network. You will also support Refresco’s strategic ambitions, including our global transformation project, by improving OEE, asset reliability and cost performance. Working closely with plant teams, you will stabilise priority lines, build local capability and ensure improvements are practical, sustainable and owned by the sites. /p pThis senior role requires someone who can take ownership and operate independently and effectively in a complex multi-site European manufacturing environment. Success in this role will be measured through improvements in OEE, maintenance cost efficiency, planned maintenance compliance, asset reliability, SAP maintenance maturity and capability development across European sites. /p pbWhat you will be doing /b /p pSupport the delivery of our global transformation program by addressing asset-related losses and improving line performance in priority areas. /p pIdentify performance gaps and work with site teams to implement practical solutions that improve availability and reliability. /p pDefine and roll out fit-for-purpose maintenance standards, including preventive, condition-based and basic reliability practices. /p pActively support sites in stabilising underperforming lines by combining short-term fixes with structural improvements. /p pUse KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR and planned versus unplanned maintenance to track progress and ensure follow-up. /p pCoach maintenance and operations teams, strengthening basic discipline, ownership and problem-solving routines. /p pDrive the implementation and standardisation of SAP Maintenance processes and master data across European operations. /p pImplement reliability engineering practices including root cause analysis, asset criticality assessments and preventive maintenance optimisation. /p pSupport sites in improving the use of external service providers and spare-parts strategies. /p pDevelop asset lifecycle and criticality methodologies to optimise reliability, cost and capital investment decisions /p pbWhat you will bring /b /p pAt least 10+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering or production roles within manufacturing. /p pSolid experience in maintenance, engineering or asset management within manufacturing environments. /p pExperience leading teams or projects, ideally across multiple sites or functions /p pExperience operating in a multi-country and multi-site manufacturing environment. /p pComfortable working on the shop floor, identifying root causes and driving practical solutions. /p pThe ability to use data to understand losses and track improvements /p pThe ability to build strong working relationships with site teams and support them in delivering results /p pProven ability to drive organisational change and influence stakeholders across multiple sites and functions. /p pExperience driving structured improvements with a focus on sustainable outcomes rather than one-off fixes. /p pThe ability to take ownership and ensure actions are followed through to results. /p pExperience with maintenance systems (CMMS) and continuous improvement approaches such as Lean or TPM is a plus. /p pbBehind every drink is a team that makes it happen.
