About the Role
The Benelux is our home turf — and we want it to feel that way everywhere. As our Brand Manager Benelux, you're the one who makes Aquablu impossible to miss: activating our channel partners, turning global campaigns into local hits, running our NL brand campaigns, bringing events to life, and teaming up with brands that share our vibe.
You'll report to our Regional Brand Manager and act as the right hand of the VP Marketing on special projects — regional ownership plus a front-row seat to company-level strategy. Best of both worlds.
What You’ll Do
Activate our partners & run co-marketing engine. Work hand-in-hand with our Senior Regional Brand Manager & Channel Manager to onboard, activate, and empower partners across the Benelux. Develop deep relationships, understand partners' growth levers, and bring them along on strategy so they execute with conviction. Track partner activation and pipeline contribution. Own the marketing calendar for our indirect partner channel — joint campaigns, ABM plays, co-hosted tastings and events that drive system sales.
Make global campaigns land locally. Translate Aquablu's global campaigns and run our NL brand campaigns end-to-end — localized assets, copy, and channels that hit home in NL/BE.
Bring events to life. Execute the Benelux leg of our event calendar and be the right hand to our event&partnership manager, end-to-end: logistics, booth, staffing, leads, follow-up.
Support in hunting local brand partnerships. Scout and propose NL/BE brand partnership opportunities and execute local co-marketing activations, within the partnership strategy owned by the Events & Partnerships Manager.
Guard the brand & scale what works. Keep every partner touchpoint premium and on-brand. Enable partners with our toolkit and playbooks, measure what matters, and feed winning plays back to the region.
Move fast with AI. Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to multiply your output.
Special projects. Right hand of the VP Marketing on cross-functional initiatives that need speed and ownership.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Have)
2+ years in B2B & B2C startup marketing, across multiple subfunctions (product, growth, content/brand)
A structured doer with strong project management skills and a bias for action
Proven at running cross-channel campaigns with measurable impact — and localizing global campaigns for a local market
Experienced co-hosting B2B events is a bonus, from intimate tastings to large trade shows
A relationship builder, energized by enabling others to win; a communicator who gets partners excited to act
Data-savvy and hands-on with AI — you measure what matters and scale what works
Fluent in Dutch & English
Nice to Have
Event execution experience
Brand partnership / co-marketing experience
Channel or partner marketing exposure
Early-stage startup or scale-up experience
