Sales Representative, Sports Medicine - North Netherlands

The profile we need

A down-to-earth relationship builder who enjoys being in the field, earns trust and is comfortable approaching customers we do not yet work with.

You are comfortable opening doors, building networks and creating long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.

The role

You will grow our Sports Medicine business by building strong relationships with surgeons, surgical staff and hospital stakeholders. You will support current customers and actively develop new accounts through direct outreach, hospital visits, introductions and consistent follow-up.

You will also provide clinical product support and work with colleagues across Endoscopy and other Stryker divisions when it helps the customer.

This is a field-based role covering North Netherlands, including Utrecht, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Amsterdam, Almere, Alkmaar, Amersfoort, Arnhem, Enschede, Groningen and surrounding areas .

What you will do

• Own a territory plan that grows existing business, develops new accounts and wins competitive business.

• Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical staff and hospital stakeholders.

• Approach new customers directly and keep opportunities moving through regular follow-up.

• Start preparing for tenders 18 to 24 months before publication. Align key stakeholders, understand the decision-making process, build the clinical strategy and show the clinical value of our technology.

• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites to support long-term growth and strengthen our clinical presence.

• Support procedures, workshops and product training after completing the required clinical education.

• Help shape the annual marketing plan and bring it to life in your territory.

• Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, operations and colleagues across Stryker to provide solutions for our shared customers, while maintaining reliable forecasts, account plans and pipeline information.

What you will need

Required

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.

• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.

• Valid driving licence.

Preferred

• Relevant sales, business development or customer-facing experience.

• Experience developing new accounts or customer relationships.

• Healthcare or medical technology experience.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands RB : €35.300 - €52.900 EUR Annual
• Netherlands : €44.100 - €81.900 EUR Annual
