ph3Territory Sales Manager Safety Visual Workplace /h3 pAs a Territory Sales Manager for our Safety Visual Workspace Solutions, you will be responible for a customer base within a defined geography in The Netherlands. You will be responsible for a customer base within a defined geography in The Netherlands. You will work form home and spend most of your time (80%) visiting customers and sistributores in The Netherlands. /p pYour role is to indentify potential new customers and find new opportunities in existing accounts. To reach sales targets, you follow up on leads acquired through marketing efforts and through local Brady distributors in The Netherlands. You will coach the distributors' sales teams and introduce them to new products. Brady provides an ongoing training program to help you succees and become an industry expert. You will report to the Sales Director Benelux and you will be part of a team including 12 motivated sales colleagues active in the Benelux. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liMaintain and strengthen existing customer and distributor relationships through regular contact and timely follow up. /li liDevelop target accounts together with distributors to gain new, long term customers. /li liPresent and cross sell a wide range of Brady products/services to each of your customers and distributors. /li liTrain distribution partners on new Brady products, and on how to prospect for future opportunities. /li liForecast and report incoming business activity on a weekly and monthly basis. /li liWork closely with technical support, customer service and inside sales to provide a great customer experience to both end-user and distributors. /li liPlan all sales activities and log related opportunities in Salesforce.com. /li liIdentify, track and report on regional market information, end-users, distributors and competitors. /li liBacholar's degree or equivalent commercial experience. /li liMinimum 5-7 years of sales experience (preferably with distributor networks). /li liFluent in Dutch and English. /li liCurious and eager to learn, witha genuine appetite for learing, open to coaching and on-the-job learning. /li liYou are a patient negatiator and you have strong verbal communication and diplomacy skills. /li liOrganize and manage muliple tasks comfortably and efficiently. /li liYou are able to sell a broad range of (technical) products. /li liAble to work independantly. /li /ul pAt Brady, we offer: /p ul liGroup insurance /li liTraining and development opportunities /li /ul pBrady Corporation is an international manufacturer and marketer of complete solutions that identify and protect people, products and places.
