Join us, and get better with every move. /p pbAt Ayvens we have an opening for a Data project manager /b /p h3What are you going to do? /h3 pAs our new Data Project manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of data projects most often involving one or more subsidiaries of the group and various departments within the organizations. You will contribute to the Digital transformation of the Data management organization. /p pIn this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful design, implementation, and adoption of data solutions that may include data platforms, analytics products, governance frameworks, and compliance programs. /p pYou will be responsible for Data Projects within the data pillar aimed at delivering value leveraging on data. You will play a key role in aligning business objectives with data strategy, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. By doing this, you will contribute to the Ayvens digital data transformation. /p pThis offer directly concerns one major data initiative called Eden (Enterprise Data Engine), part of Ayvens’ data transformation programme, aiming at strengthening data capabilities across the group and support business, regulatory and transformation needs. /p h3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liManage the full lifecycle of data projects — from scoping and planning to execution, delivery, and post-implementation review. /li liCoordinate with data engineers, data architects, security team, business stakeholders and any other required stakeholders, to define project requirements and priorities. /li liDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and manage risks. /li liCommunicate project status, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations. /li liFacilitate governance and compliance activities (e.g., data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements). /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and data delivery practices. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for a hands‑on Data Project Manager who can take ownership of complex data initiatives and drive them through to completion. This role requires someone who is structured, pragmatic, and able to work and communicate at different levels. /p pWe value reliability, accountability, and the ability to translate strategy into concrete, deliverable outcomes /p h3The ideal candidate has /h3 ul liA strong execution mindset and the ability to turn plans into delivered results. /li liExperience dealing with complex stakeholder landscapes and managing competing priorities. /li liThe ability to identify risks early and address them at the right level proactively. /li liClear and concise communication, focused on facts and outcomes. /li /ul pYou will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor/Master in Computer Science. /p ul liEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. /li liExperience: 5–10 years of experience in project management, ideally within data, analytics, or IT transformation environments. /li liProven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in multi cultural environment /li liFamiliar with Agile or hybrid project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMP, etc.). /li liUnderstanding of data platforms, data pipelines, and governance concepts, on the azure environment (ADF, data bricks) /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFamiliarity with SG Group policies is a plus. /li liFluent in English /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 pWe’re on this journey together.
