International Account Manager - Growing Solutions

ppIn this role, you are responsible for revenue generation within your regions and customer portfolio. You will also play a key role in strengthening and expanding Ridder’s international market position. You will operate in a complex B2B environment, working with dealers, investors, and growers. You know how to further develop existing relationships while proactively creating new opportunities with both existing and new customers. /p pYou combine account management with a strong business development focus. You develop new markets, expand the international partner network, and position Ridder as a leading player in climate control, water solutions, and process automation within horticulture. /p pYou will manage commercial processes end-to-end and are able to translate technical solutions into compelling customer value. /p h3What will you do /h3 ul liGenerate revenue with both existing and new clients /li liExpand and develop the international dealer and partner network /li liDrive new business in both existing and new markets /li liBuild and strengthen relationships with dealers, investors, and growers /li liIdentify and capitalize on commercial opportunities within complex projects /li liIndependently plan and execute international travel /li /ul h3Your scope /h3 pYou will be active across various international regions, including Asia, Oceania, Africa, and Southern Europe. The role includes a clear travel component: on average, you will travel abroad 4 to 5 times per year for periods of 1 to 2 weeks. When not traveling, you will be based at our office in Maasdijk and maintain close contact with your international network and internal stakeholders. /p h3What we expect from you /h3 pYou are an experienced and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in an international and technical environment. /p ul liMinimum of 7 years’ experience in international sales or account management in a technical B2B environment, with full revenue responsibility /li liExperience in the horticulture sector and with climate control, process automation, or water solutions /li liBachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking capability /li liExperience with indirect sales through dealers or distribution networks /li liAffinity with technical solutions (preferably a combination of software and hardware) /li liStrong commercial drive with a focus on revenue growth /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pYou will have the freedom to shape your role independently and make a direct impact on the international growth of the organization.
