You will report to the overall Platform Product Lead and work closely with risk strategy, risk analytics, engineering, and product teams across other domains. /ppbRole and Responsibilities: /b /pulliOwn the product roadmap for our risk decisioning platform, turning demand from risk, commercial, and technology teams into a clear, prioritized plan /liliLead and grow a team of product managers, while building a culture of strong risk domain expertise /liliDrive platform stability, modernization, and scalability, managing technical debt and infrastructure improvements along the way /liliDecide how business and regulatory requirements translate into technical designs and service commitments /liliOwn intake and prioritization for new requests, making transparent trade-off calls and escalating where needed /liliKeep stakeholders aligned through regular communication and reporting, and ensure the platform meets upcoming regulatory deadlines /li /ulpbRequired Skills Experience: /b /pulli5+ years of product leadership experience in risk, credit, or financial services, with a track record of setting strategy and leading through regulatory change and large platform transformations /liliStrong domain expertise in credit risk, fraud prevention, or lending operations, including scoring, decisioning, credit limits, and portfolio management /liliWorking knowledge of consumer credit regulation and how it shapes product and platform decisions /liliExperience building and leading product teams, and managing a mix of legacy and modern systems toward a scalable, modernized platform /liliExcellent stakeholder management skills, able to turn competing priorities from commercial, technical, and regulatory teams into a clear roadmap /liliFluent in English, German is a plus /li /ulAdditional InformationpbDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data: /b /ppResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
