Jouw rol binnen de reis
Als Housekeeping & Quality Management Trainee ben je verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van de kwaliteit van onze kamers en publieke ruimtes, het ondersteunen van verbeterprojecten en het waarborgen van naleving van zowel Anantara- als LQA-standaarden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
Controleren van de kwaliteit van kamers en publieke ruimtes.
Ondersteunen bij projecten van de Housekeeping Executive.
Waarborgen van naleving van merk- en LQA-standaarden.
Creatief communiceren en proactief verbetervoorstellen doen.
Waar nodig meewerken aan operationele schoonmaaktaken.
Wat jij meebrengt
Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 20 weken, 5 dagen per week (inclusief weekenden).
Een flexibele, gemotiveerde en stressbestendige houding.
Een scherp oog voor detail en een resultaatgerichte instelling.
Bereidheid om hands-on mee te werken wanneer nodig.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vloeiend Engels; Nederlands is een pré.
Kennis van de Thaise cultuur is een pluspunt.
