You ensure that the team functions efficiently, with a customer-oriented approach that aligns with the company objectives. Your role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality of medical services in the field of biometrics and imaging in the Netherlands. You will work closely with the Chief Operational Officer to translate strategic goals into operational results. You will ensure optimal cooperation between departments and are ultimately responsible for the performance of your team. In addition, you are commercially responsible for the customer portfolio in your region and you will work closely with the Market Development and Communications department. You will ensure that all activities within the planning process run smoothly and monitor the progress of important projects.
