YOUR IMPACT

• Own it. Take full accountability for your store’s commercial success and brand excellence.
• Lead from the front. Spend time on the sales floor inspiring, coaching, and driving performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 18+ months’ experience in a sports/fashion retail leadership experience, leading large, diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn insight into action.
• Confident leadership with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Advanced in English and comfortable using MS Office and digital retail tools.
• Resilient, solutions-driven, and passionate about delivering impossible-is-nothing results.
