You arrive at our office at the Rokin just across the metro station in the centre of Amsterdam. You grab a coffee before the team stand-up begins. Some of your teammates join remotely, while others are there in person. You share what you’ve been working on and sync on priorities for the week. You’re currently building a new API feature to improve sitter-parent communication, and you plan to pair up later with your onboarding buddy, another full-stack developer, for feedback on your implementation. /ppAfter the stand-up, you catch up with the product owner and team lead, who also work from the office a couple of days a week. Together, you review an upcoming feature and share your ideas on how to prioritise a few technical improvements. You bring your own perspective on how to enhance the platform. Your suggestions are well received and included in the implementation. /ppAround noon, a couple of colleagues put together one of their legendary shared lunches, something they enjoy doing for the team.
