Perform method troubleshooting, training, and transfer/validation. Execute document revisions, projects, deviations/investigations/CAPA, and continuous improvement efforts. /p h3NOTE this is on‑site and on shift role. No remote work available. /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform method transfer/ verification/ validation, routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples. Perform environmental/facilities monitoring and microbiological testing. /li liAnticipate and perform routine troubleshooting and problem solving with minimal guidance. /li liPerform data verification, data review and review of GMP documentation for general and complex methods. /li liPerform document revision, project, CAPA and deviation/ investigation related tasks and/ or continuous improvement efforts. /li liTrain and mentor others on QC test methods, processes, and procedures. /li liPerform other tasks as assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in science. Advanced degree preferred. Netherlands MLO level 4 required. /li li4+ years of relevant microbiological testing or QC experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a regulated environment. /li liDemonstrated experience with microbiological techniques /li liAbility to accurately and completely understand, follow, interpret and apply Global Regulatory and cGMP requirements. /li liDemonstrated technical writing skills. /li liHigh problem‑solving ability/mentality, technically adept and logical. /li liAbility to communicate effectively with peers, department management and cross‑functional peers about task status, roadblocks and needs. /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work. /li liAdvanced knowledge of LIMS, ELN and laboratory data analysis systems preferred. /li /ul h3Why You Should Apply /h3 pAround the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
