Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar)

Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar) based in Netherlands. /b /p pAs a Technical Project Manager, you will help organize and drive the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to turn ideas, requirements, and decisions into clear plans and actionable tasks. You’ll own coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies, deadlines, blockers, and decisions are actively managed. The role combines Agile delivery, technical project coordination, documentation, and operational follow-through. You’ll work in an international environment alongside internal teams, vendors, and contractors. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on how a technology product moves from planning through release. /p br/ bAccountabilities /b ul liOrganize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking. /li liTranslate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams. /li liTrack deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across project participants. /li liMaintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses. /li liDocument product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and agreed next steps. /li liCoordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations. /li liRun regular team syncs and follow up to ensure decisions are translated into execution. /li liSupport changes in requirements by assessing their potential impact on scope, timelines, and delivery. /li liCoordinate operational matters involving vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders. /li liProactively identify delivery risks and lift issues that could affect timelines, quality, or product outcomes. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager within a technology product company. /li liExperience working directly within a product or engineering organization, rather than exclusively in an agency or administrative environment. /li liHands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution. /li liExperience taking ownership of projects or products from initial scoping through release. /li liStrong ability to write requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and development or design tasks. /li liExperience managing multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies, and external stakeholders. /li liExperience working with vendors, contractors, or operational teams. /li liSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through testing and release. /li liBasic understanding of how hardware, firmware, mobile, and backend components interact. /li liAbility to turn complex or loosely defined problems into structured, actionable tasks. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence running meetings and driving decisions to completion. /li liSelf-driven and proactive approach, with a willingness to personally resolve organizational and delivery challenges. /li liUpper-Intermediate English or above, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, vendors, and contractors. /li liExperience using project and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence. /li liExperience with hardware, IoT, or embedded products is a plus. /li liA background in Business/System Analysis, QA, or Software Engineering, combined with experience coordinating development and delivery, is a plus. /li liExperience with roadmap tools, process diagrams, or workflow-mapping systems is a plus. /li /ul h3Benefits: /h3 ul liChoice of working format: office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the world. /li liNecessary equipment provided to support a comfortable and effective working environment. /li liBenefits including VHI, corporate sports activities, foreign language courses, and therapy sessions. /li liFive-day workweek with a flexible start to the working day. /li /ul br/ pWe appreciate your interest and wish you the best! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
