You help define the future vision for how Rituals stores, shares, archives and manages information in a reliable, scalable and user-friendly way. /pbrpIn this role, you combine strong technical knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams with a clear understanding of business collaboration, information lifecycle management and operational support. You act as a trusted specialist for file services, Teams-connected SharePoint sites, governance principles, archiving, permissions, migration topics and structural improvements across the Microsoft 365 environment. /pbrpYou understand how users collaborate in practice and know how to translate business needs into practical, secure and future-proof SharePoint and Teams solutions. Whether it concerns large document libraries, external sharing, Teams structures, ownership models, metadata, lifecycle rules or archiving scenarios, you ensure that the environment remains understandable, controlled and aligned with the long-term collaboration strategy. /pbrpYou will also play a key role in supporting projects that touch SharePoint, Teams and file services. You understand how collaboration platforms are used in daily business operations and know how to create structure, governance and long-term control in a fast-growing digital environment. /pbrpYou are analytical, structured and service-minded. You do not only solve individual issues — you want to understand the root cause and improve the way Rituals manages information across SharePoint, Teams and related services. You are comfortable switching between technical discussions with engineers and suppliers and functional conversations with business stakeholders, project managers and key users. /pbrpMost of all, you bring the ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement mindset needed to make collaboration simpler, safer and more effective for everyone at Rituals. /pbrTo Be Successful In This Role, Youbrullibr/liliBring 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Microsoft 365.br/liliHave strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and file services.br/liliUnderstand SharePoint architecture, libraries, sites, hubs and permissions.br/liliHave experience with governance, lifecycle management and archiving.br/liliUnderstand Teams-connected SharePoint sites and ownership models.br/liliHave experience with file migrations, restructures or improvements.br/liliUnderstand common SharePoint limitations and sync behaviour.br/liliHave knowledge of Entra ID, security groups and access management.br/liliHave experience with Microsoft Purview; this is a plus.br/liliHave knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.br/liliAre experienced with external suppliers and Microsoft partners.br/liliUnderstand ITIL, especially Incident, Problem and Change Management.br/liliAre comfortable facilitating workshops and challenging solutions.br/li /ulbrpAt Rituals, we are committed to caring for everyone and strive to create a diverse workplace where all employees belong and have equal opportunities to succeed.
