This role serves as the main point of contact for Site Directors and Site Functional Leads as part of the Site Steering Committee (SSC). /pbrKey responsibilities include:brullibr/liliBeing empowered to intervene when site-specific incidents or changes are not being resolved in line with site expectations, and working directly with Operations, Applications, and Cyber teams to ensure timely resolution of key issues.br/liliParticipating in Daily Drumbeat calls as needed to elevate priority issues.br/liliEnsuring clear communication with key internal and external stakeholders.br/liliEnsuring incidents, changes, and projects are prioritised according to site expectations.br/liliCoordinating with IT Functional Leads to ensure appropriate service levels for infrastructure, applications, security, and the service desk.br/li /ulbrJob ResponsibilitiesbrpThe Site IT Manager also provides site-based IT employees with the necessary management support in collaboration with the relevant global IT teams and management within a matrix organization. /pbrullibr/liliActs as the IT Business Partner for a site or site cluster, representing the IT function as a member of the Site Steering Committee (SSC).br/liliIs empowered to steer IT resources, in collaboration with IT Functional Leads, to resolve IT issues and assignments.br/liliImplements, maintains, and monitors IT policies and procedures.br/liliEnsures equipment is deployed effectively to achieve maximum efficiency and cost control.br/liliSupports Global and Regional IT operations.br/liliSupports adherence to Global and Regional IT standards, ensuring they are adopted and that IT systems are utilised to their full potential with assistance from global functions as required.br/liliContributes to the annual IT budget process.br/liliOversees the management of IT services within a site or site cluster.br/liliEnsures the IT function operates efficiently and maintains a customer-service-oriented approach.br/liliEnsures IT security requirements are observed and implemented across sites of responsibility.br/liliProvides support to site-based IT employees, including aspects of pastoral care (facilities, health, safety, wellbeing, etc.).br/liliPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.br/li /ulbrJob Qualificationsbrullibr/liliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.br/liliSystems experience within a manufacturing environment.br/liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in people management and project management.br/liliProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.br/liliAbility to work effectively in a team and matrix environment, including strong listening, communication, and constructive challenge skills.br/liliDemonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide others and achieve results in a matrix structure.br/liliProven ability to be proactive, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgement.br/liliProfessionalism, adaptability, and flexibility.br/liliAbility to work directly with management in a fast-paced environment.br/liliAbility to maintain confidentiality.br/liliStrong problem-solving and project-management skills.br/liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.br/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.br/liliStrong organizational and planning abilities.br/liliAbility to work effectively within a multi-reporting relationship structure.br/liliRole is attached to site, regular site presences is required.br/liliWillingness to travel.br/li /ulbrWhat do we offerbrpWe are committed to offer you a challenge but also a great opportunity to learn and grow.
