Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in. /p pbThe Opportunity /b /p pAs a Commercial Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and prospects in the commercial segment. You'll bridge the gap between product and customer outcomes — designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's technical capabilities in real-world environments. /p pYou'll partner with sales and product teams to deliver high-impact Proofs of Concept, guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize the full technical value of Dash0. This role is based in Amsterdam. /p pNote: Your internal title would be a Solutions Architect. Our Solutions Engineers work across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales! /p pbWhat You'll Do /b /p ul liDesign and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies. /li liTranslate complex customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations. /li liDevelop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) that highlight Dash0's differentiated technical capabilities. /li liDeliver engaging technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences. /li liCollaborate closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice. /li liProvide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design. /li liCreate and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates. /li liPartner with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence roadmap and feature priorities. /li /ul pbWhat You Bring /b /p ul liDeep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing. /li liHands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization. /li liStrong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices. /li liExcellent communication skills — you can explain complex observability concepts clearly to both engineers and decision-makers. /li liAbility to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs that prove business value. /li liCollaborative mindset — you work seamlessly across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. /li /ul pbNice to Have /b /p ul liExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot) for collaboration and pipeline visibility. /li liContributions to technical content — blog posts, conference talks, or open-source documentation. /li liFamiliarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community. /li liExperience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment. /li /ul pbWhy Dash0 /b /p pThis is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company.
