Do you have a natural talent for helping others and a curiosity for the stock market? As our newest Fulltime Customer Service Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our Czech-speaking clients. You won't just be answering phones; you’ll be building trust, solving complex puzzles, and ensuring every investor feels supported and valued.
What does your day look like?
- Expert Support: Managing incoming calls and providing clear, professional information about various investment products.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Thinking along with your clients to find the best possible solutions for their specific needs.
- Quality & Satisfaction: Using your enthusiasm and growing financial knowledge to ensure every customer ends their call with a smile.
- Continuous Growth: Mastering our internal guidelines and product suite through dedicated training.
The Team
You will join the Client Services & Order Desk team, the beating heart of our bank. We support private and corporate investors across Europe, focusing on high-level service and absolute satisfaction. You will work alongside brokers and experienced service professionals in a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing is key.
