ph3Learning Professional /h3 h340 hours per week, Venlo (NL) /h3 h3What you’ll do /h3 pFor our International Training Center (ITC) in Venlo we are looking for a Learning Professional. ITC designs and develops performance-driven learning programs for our CPP products for Canon Service organizations, partners, and customers worldwide. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning program. Your key task is to collaborate closely with service specialists to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions. Your main responsibilities are: /p ul liDetermine the most suitable learning methods, whether it is video, e-learning, hands-on- or virtual classroom sessions /li liEnsuring that the program aligns with the regional training approach and delivery capabilities /li liPlay a key role in ensuring the quality and relevance of training for service technicians and customer maintenance specialists /li liPlay a supportive role in developing the ITC and innovate the learning methods /li /ul pWhile some learning programs will be handed over to regional teams, you will remain closely connected with local trainers and coordinators to ensure learning needs are met. In addition, you will also deliver selected training sessions yourself to maintain consistency and uphold high standards. /p h3What you bring /h3 pWe are looking for a versatile Learning Professional with a passion for learning and technology to join our innovative team in Venlo. You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, solution orientation, resilience under pressure, and the ability to work independently. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following requirements: /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning Development, Education or e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering /li liA genuine enthusiasm for technical details and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts /li liPreferably experience in a similar position, but we are also open to people with a technical background who want to develop themselves in the direction of training /li liStrong communication, intercultural and presentation skills /li liExcellent English language skills, both written and spoken /li liWillingness to occasionally travel (worldwide) to Canon or customer sites /li /ul h3What you’ll get from us /h3 pWe offer a position within our international company. Besides that, you will receive an interesting package of conditions: /p ul liA competitive salary between €5.000 - €6.300 gross per month, based on your experience /li li38 vacation days /li li13th month bonus (8.6%) until end of 2026 paid either monthly or yearly. As of 1 January 2027 the 13th-month bonus will be discontinued, which means that as of that date the 13th-month bonus will be fully converted to the (scale) salary.
