You draw up action plans, set the right priorities, andindependently seek out new customers and opportunities. You manage existingaccounts and know how to further develop relationships and increase revenue. Youcan work independently, are active in sales activities both inside and outside the office,follow market developments, and negotiate with suppliers. You have experience withsea and air freight, warehousing distribution, and sufficient knowledge of customsprocedures. In addition, you work together with (sales) colleagues both domesticallyand internationally. You also record all your activities in our CRM system. /p ul liHBO working and thinking level with a commercial mindset. /li liYou are familiar with (international) supply chain management services and with thedifferent modes of transport. (Sea Air) /li liYou have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a similar position. /li liYou are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. /li liExtensive experience in MS Office applications. /li liWe expect drive, customer orientation, and organizational skills, as well as goodcommunication skills and persuasiveness. You are able to set priorities. /li liYou are available full-time. /li /ul h3Activities /h3 ul liDevelop 'new business' in the assigned area and/or market segment. Focusmainly on Supply Chain Management and Warehousing Contract Logistics. /li liIdentify the total supply chain demands of customers and collaborate with othersupport teams in devising proposals and quotations. /li liManage key account customers in the assigned area, prepare the budget andincremental sales plan, and integrate it and lead the incremental sales for theresponsible accounts across the region. /li liManage account/customer relationship; provide solutions for critical operationalissues. Involve the operational team and the customer service team in problemsolving and the implementation of new projects. /li liConduct sales negotiations with (potential) clients through analysis of thebusiness structure in terms of revenue and costs. /li liAchieve the sales targets assigned on a monthly/yearly basis. /li liEstablish a long-term strategic partnership with clients, account management,and contract negotiations. /li liCollaborate with the customer service, operations, and project team to ensureexcellent service. /li liShare valuable market information within the team and network for strategicdecision-making by management. /li liDevelop extensive knowledge of the client's industry, their customers, and theircritical business issues, including finance, operations, and the supply chain. /li liRegularly consult with clients regarding performance results (QBRs), includingcomparing KPIs agreed upon by the client, and regularly organize a meetingwith the operations and service team. /li liContract negotiations or requesting a new quote for additional assignments forthe clients. /li /ul h3Will you be our new colleague? /h3 pWho knows, maybe we will meet each other soon at our office in Rotterdam! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
