The role works closely with our Head of Strategy (former BCG Principal) to build our core strategic capabilities. We offer a hands-on environment, with opportunities to collaborate across Europe. What You’ll Do

• Drive strategic projects from idea to execution, working across multiple teams to drive initiatives that directly influence company growth, operational excellence, and long-term priorities.
• Support key business decisions through clear analyses, covering strategic resource planning, market and competitive analysis, and internal operations to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends that shape the future of the business.
• Build and maintain robust financial models that support investment decisions, business cases, forecasting, and scenario planning, helping leadership navigate complex choices with confidence.
• Dive deep into data to uncover insights, identify patterns, and transform information into clear recommendations that improve performance and support strategic objectives.
• Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready presentations, develop recommendations that enable fast, informed decision-making at leadership level and support execution of the strategy

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or other highly analytical environments
• Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in management consulting or similar professional services, with a technical/engineering background
• Demonstrated affinity with the aerospace & defense industry
• Proven ability to independently manage workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate different corporate functions including finance, operations, commercial, and strategic planning
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling complex challenges
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including financial modeling, executive-level presentations, and day-to-day productivity tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
• Fluency in English is required, Dutch optional, relevant permits to work within the EU
