Whether you're pioneering new digital solutions, challenging conventional thinking or building the next generation of customer experiences, your work will help transform industries. /ppDo you want to work in an international environment, in a role where you have a strong responsibility to manage and develop the internal IT infrastructure? /ppWe are now looking for a Associate IT Engineer, Operations to join our team in Utrecht. /ppbYour main tasks will consist of: /b /pulliDay-to-day work and handling of first and second line IT support for internal cases via a case management system /liliManaging our workstations, servers and administer our web-based collaboration tools /liliAdministration and further development of our internal IT infrastructure in Windows, macOS and Linux environments /li /ulpIn this role you will have the opportunity to evaluate, manage and implement new tools and technologies. /ph3bWho are you? /b /h3pWe are looking for a high-energy individual who enjoys teaching and servicing their IT skills. You are a curious person who enjoys working in a problem solving role. The role requires you to be service-minded, customer-oriented, flexible and have an ability to prioritise. You must have good collaborative skills, whilst being able to work independently. /ph3bSkills and qualifications /b /h3ulliA bachelor degree in one of the Computer Engineering disciplines or other relevant education in System Administration / IT /lili0-2 years of experience working in a similar role /liliGood knowledge of Windows operating systems and workstations imaging /liliApple macOS knowledge is recommended /liliA knowledge of server environment for both Windows and Linux /liliPrevious experience working with Office 365, VMware and Active Directory /liliA scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash or Python is a plus /liliKnowledge of Service Desk incident and case management system would be an advantage /liliWorked with network management in previous roles /liliYou will be working with an international team, therefore a good command of the English language is a requirement /liliProficiency in Dutch is a big plus /li /ulpbIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
