Team Lead
A well-established carbon finance consultancy with over 18 offices worldwide is looking to grow its Berlin-based engineering team. The company works with enterprises to implement comprehensive emission reduction projects. They operate on a long-term basis with their clients to reduce emissions and invest in eco-friendly projects. The engineering team works closely with clients to ensure the execution of projects with the highest impact, including high-quality carbon credits.

What to expect:
You will step into a startup environment, and it will be up to you to work with the other Lead in the team to provide a knowledge-sharing environment that allows engineers to grow and thrive while contributing to a global sustainability platform. Your responsibilities will include individual contribution along with technical roadmap planning, coordinating with the product teams, and ensuring the upskilling of the entire engineering team.
