Your mission

A workday as an F&B Supervisor (f/m/d) - Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport,  You enter one of the nicest hotels in Eindhoven, everything still looks spick and span and you. You don’t speak dutch? No worries, we welcome lots of international travelers from all over the world, English is our key language. As F&B Supervisor, you take responsibility for ensuring smooth coordination of the daily F&B operations and addressing any specific service or operational needs.
Together with your team, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible service every day. The day begins either in the morning with breakfast or in the afternoon for the restaurant, where you oversee that the F&B area is fully prepared for service and that the team is well briefed, trained and organised. Working in a small teams means, your hard work and ideas make a difference and are important to elevate our service to the next level.

Your profile

We are looking for a proactive and experienced F&B professional who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and naturally takes ownership in guiding and supporting the team during daily operations. 

• You have a solid background in F&B, preferably gained in a similar restaurant or breakfast operation within a hotel environment. 
• You are confident in supervising shifts, coordinating team members, and ensuring seamless service execution from preparation through to closing. 
• You have experience coaching colleagues to elevate performance in line with service standards.
