As an Account Specialist Customer Service, you are the key point of contact for customers and an important link between the customer and the internal organization. You ensure that orders, customer requirements and operational processes are aligned, contributing directly to delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. Working in a dynamic international environment, you coordinate activities across multiple departments and make sure customer commitments are translated into effective execution. You take ownership of the entire customer journey after an order is placed. From managing order flow and coordinating new product requests to resolving issues and answering technical questions, you ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. You communicate proactively, manage expectations and act as a trusted partner for both customers and internal stakeholders. - Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account management or a similar role
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
