As an Account Specialist Customer Service, you are the key point of contact for customers and an important link between the customer and the internal organization. You ensure that orders, customer requirements and operational processes are aligned, contributing directly to delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. You take ownership of the entire customer journey after an order is placed. From managing order flow and coordinating new product requests to resolving issues and answering technical questions, you ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
