As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry. /p pAs Site lean deployment leader, you support the management team to drive the operational transformation. Shortly, this means: /p ul liDevelop and execute the site's Lean transformation roadmap. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives. /li liCoach leaders and teams in Lean thinking, problem solving, and change management. /li liLead cross-functional improvement projects and facilitate workshops. /li liIdentify and eliminate operational waste through data-driven analysis. /li liStandardize and optimize processes to improve operational performance. /li liBuild a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. /li liSupport leadership teams with performance management and daily management systems. /li /ul h3Analytical skills Critical thinking: /h3 ul liIdentify and eliminate operational waste using lean operating tools (VSM, Heijunka, SMED..) /li liDrive improvements across PSQDC based on data analysis /li liApply structured problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, A3 and Root Cause Analysis to address operational challenges” /li liUse KPI's and data to monitor progress and waste /li liHas the ability to convey information to another effectively and efficiently /li liNegotiation skills and persuasive /li liA natural coach who enjoys developing people and teams. /li liAn effective change agent who can influence without formal authority. /li liAnalytical, pragmatic, and results oriented. /li liComfortable engaging with employees at all organizational levels. /li liPassionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence /li liStakeholder management and influencing skills /li liWork in cross-functional teams, create synergy between those team members and align improvements with both engineering and business needs /li liAbstract thinking: /li liGoal is to standardize and solve the hiccups within the process and not bend the process towards the product project goals /li liPlayed a key role in implementing operating models in different organizations (department) /li liFacilitate workshops and active coaching on the floor /li li3+ years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role. /li liDemonstrated success in leading improvement and transformation initiatives. /li liExperience applying Lean and problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, A3, and Value Stream Mapping. /li /ul h3Main KPI’s: /h3 ul liImprovements /li liCost: Uptime / productivity /li liSafety / Quality / Deliveries / Cost: Continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Background: /h3 ul liCompleted (minimum) a relevant HBO education, preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. /li liMinimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role /li liExperience in lean transformation and successful implementations with proven results /li liProficient in English, spoken and written and Dutch is an advantage. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 pWorking at Frencken means working in an informal and collegial atmosphere where everyone is important.
