In close collaboration with the HR Operations team, you will play a key role in managing a wide range of HR processes, ranging from onboarding and offboarding to HR data administration, and active involvement in exciting HR projects. You will play a key part in driving efficient HR processes that will help our transformation within the HR department. Additionally, you will report directly to the Senior Manager Payroll HR Operations.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strong /pulliHR advising: provide first line support for employees across Europe, handle day-to-day HR operational tasks /liliOn and off-boardings: draft all employment documents, apply for 30% rulings and employee visas when necessary and liaise with new hires and managers to ensure the processes go smoothly /liliData management: Responsible for employee data input and accuracy in all our systems: HR Systems, pension and insurance providers, etc. /liliPerformance management: Support the deployment of bi-annual performance process, analyse results /liliPayroll: collaborate closely with our payroll team for accuracy of employee admin changes and queries, and prepare monthly payroll inputs /liliSupport the HR team with projects and other requestsbr/li /ulstrongTHE PROFILEbr/strongulli2-5 years’ experience in HR administration in an international environment; /liliCompleted higher education degree; /liliHigh attention to details, structured organized; /liliStrong communication skills, team player, pro-active /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; /liliKnowledge of Dutch Employment law, other European countries is a plus; /liliAbility to follow up and meet deadlines; /liliFluent in English, any other European languages is a plus; /liliInterested and able to deal with different cultures, adaptability and flexibility; /liliSense of humor.br/li /ulWhy #TEAMKARL?
