We are looking for a manager for our restaurant Loef, who is excited about large banqueting groups, a full restaurant, and is a professional at taking care of the perfect buffet. Every day we receive a large number of guests here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A dynamic environment, all day long.

As a restaurant manager, you create the atmosphere, the energy and the unforgettable moments that guests cherish. You have an eye for development, details and talent. Your days are a mix of hospitality, creativity and leadership.

Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is located in the lively Overhoeks district in the centre of Amsterdam, the perfect location for exploring everything the city has to offer. A 33-storey building in Amsterdam's skyline, the iconic building on the IJ River will have a total of 52000 square metres, with 579 bedrooms spread across different categories but all with breathtaking views of the city, including a 340-square-metre presidential suite on the 31st floor.

The hotel's grand ballroom can accommodate 2,142 people, and a second ballroom has space for another 1,035. Other conference rooms of various sizes make the offer a total package. The facilities on the first three floors are large enough to accommodate a total of 4,400 delegates. Moreover, guests and locals alike can enjoy international and national cuisine in six different restaurants and bars, including a sky bar with stunning views of Amsterdam.
